I think I FINALLY figured out the correct setup for the Pressure Passes. And I also fixed some racing condition problems.

This is a Fast Fluid Simulation setup based on this AMAZING TouchDesigner Tutorial by Bruno Imbrizi:

The Simulation itself is based on the, kinda sorta famous paper by Jos Stam 'Real-Time Fluid Dynamics for Games'
