Example showing how to create HTML tooltops in cables.gl. Uses ops from AccessExt team.

Useful for labelling buttons that are icons and do not have text. Important for accessibility so users can understand what each button does. Ideally shares aria-label data so that screen reader users and sighted users get identical information.
